I had store remove bloatware & upgraded to windows 10 .The purchase was to replace my wife's computer .So far we are very pleased with it . Haven't had any problems but I am a little concerned about the power supply . I read that it is only 160 watt & that there is no upgrade to a larger one . It has a special plug so you are stuck with it . That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars . I don,t plan on adding a lot of extra stuff to tax the power supply so we will see . The other problem I have is after registering it I keep getting notices that I didn't register it .

Had to do a system restore about 5 times, was so many I forgot how many, it kept on freezing up. Finally returned it to the store where they were very nice and supportive, in turn I got a HP, and since then no problems.
